  1. The songs Get It Together and Steelo are favorites of mine. I named my youngest daughter Jameelah with one of the members of the group in mind. I still remember the first time I saw them perform on Apollo.

Missy Elliot killed her verse on Steelo.

  2. Wow Val you seriously taking us back. I loved the ‘Steelo’ track I have it someone on CD. Ah memories! As for my favourite 702 track, in the 90’s there was a Black music scene called UK house and garage. It mixed heavy basslines, with a house tempo. Typically DJ’s would remix rnb tracks to a speeded up beat. The song ‘You Don’t Know’ was massive in the clubs and all the girls would sing in it unison……. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EcSeYi0Lzjc

  3. Val! I’m mad at you. It’s “LIST” Friday!!! Nyhoo, I do like em. How sad Orish passed away…..my heart goes out to her family, especially her twin sister, Irish.
